Risk Management Registration
Completed annually by coaches, team managers, board members, and anyone else who has contact with players.
Premier Registration
Completed for players on teams U12 - U18.
Classic Registration
Completed for players on teams U10 and U11. Select "spring" and "classic". Do not use for clinic registration.
Clinic Registration
Completed for participants in eight-week clinics that begin in January. Select "indoor" and "recreational".
